Terms & Policies For Booking

Due to the demand for my services, I have had to adopt the following policies to ensure fairness to all clients. After all, you can only spread Santa so thin. I normally allow a 30 minute space of time between bookings in Huntsville and Madison. For bookings in Arab, Cullman, or Decatur, please contact us before you book so that we can pre-confirm available dates and times. In the future we hope to have an online scheduling calendar.


Due to the personal nature of visits with Santa, I prefer to work with one family per household. My fees will be higher if I am invited to large parties (2 or more families), events or home visits that last longer than 30 minutes.


Unfortunately, I must turn away other potential clients for times that I am already booked for. Reservation requests received before October 1st require a minimum deposit of $50. Reservation requests received after October 1st require a minimum $100 deposit. All reservations are considered tentative and still available to other clients unless secured by the deposit. Deposits and payments may be received by mail with a check. The deposit/reservation payment must be postmarked within 24 hours of receiving communication from Santa confirming your reservation.


After November 24th, all Bookings/Reservations including those placed prior this date, must be paid in full to reserve your visit. Santa will review your Booking Form and email you a confirmation of the date and time. Bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. When you receive your confirmation you are assured of your date and time only when your payment has been received. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 40 days prior to the visit ("NO EXCEPTIONS"). In the event of a cancellation, any balance due from your event total will be refunded if and only if I can recover the time with another client and when there is a two-week notice.


Circumstances may require you to reschedule your event. However, I must first honor those clients who have previously scheduled my time. If you have to reschedule, contact Santa immediately. If I can re-book the time from your cancellation, I will re-apply your deposit to the new date.


We will not refund cancellations for "SANTA VISITS THE NEIGHBORHOOD" events. If the participating families have a conflict with scheduling after the reservation has been confirmed, Santa suggests you give the gift of Santa's visit to a deserving neighbor. Your Christmas kindness will put a smile on their faces.
